• We follow hygiene standards in order to keep infection at bay. There is daily sweeping and cleaning activity in premises. On weekends the entire Centre is deep cleaned again. We constantly clean the bathrooms which are maintained and washed by housekeeping staff.

• Children’s safety is our first priority. We monitor all safety procedures as applicable to infrastructure, resources, and transport. We take good care of emotional and physical well-being of children thanks to the proactive collaboration among our staff for creating a safe learning environment.

• We have a team of well-trained, experienced and, most importantly, caring staff to look after your child. All the staff and teachers are easy to approach, friendly and undoubtedly well qualified. Police verification & strict background check are done for each & every staff member before they are hired.

• We have a well-designed fire safety plan to identify the actions that should be taken by the school staff in the event of a fire or similar emergency situation. Adequate number of fire extinguishers are kept at each and every Centre. The Fire Safety Plan covers fire prevention, evacuation & emergency response.

• Every staff has an identity card/entry pass to enter the premises. We ensure that children do not leave the premises without a parent/guardian. The entry & exit of children and visitors are thoroughly monitored.

• Parents are given escort card which carry the parent’s/guardian’s photographs who are allowed to pick up the child at the school gate. A child is never handed over to any stranger without checking and verifying the escort card. Also, we take written permission from parents for times when they send someone else to collect their child on their behalf.

• Firstly, it is advisable not to send the child to school if he/she is unwell. In case of a sudden medical emergency, staff and teachers are first-aid trained to give basic assistance to the child. The parent is contacted and asked to come and collect the child from school ASAP. In case of a critical medical emergency, a doctor is also available.

• An attested copy of the child’s birth certificate • Parents’ proof of residence • Child’s passport size photograph (3 copies) • Original progress card (if the child has studied elsewhere before) Note: Admissions to Kindergarten (both Jr. and Sr. KG) may be subject to interview/interaction with the Principal / Co-ordinator at kloudkids

The fees can be deposited in instalments. We also have an option for a parent to pay for 3 months, 6 months and 9 months. No fee will be refunded once paid. ​
