• We have a team of well-trained, experienced and, most importantly, caring staff to look after your child. All the staff and teachers are easy to approach, friendly and undoubtedly well qualified. Police verification & strict background check are done for each & every staff member before they are hired.
• We have a well-designed fire safety plan to identify the actions that should be taken by the school staff in the event of a fire or similar emergency situation. Adequate number of fire extinguishers are kept at each and every Centre. The Fire Safety Plan covers fire prevention, evacuation & emergency response.
• Parents are given escort card which carry the parent’s/guardian’s photographs who are allowed to pick up the child at the school gate. A child is never handed over to any stranger without checking and verifying the escort card. Also, we take written permission from parents for times when they send someone else to collect their child on their behalf.
• Firstly, it is advisable not to send the child to school if he/she is unwell. In case of a sudden medical emergency, staff and teachers are first-aid trained to give basic assistance to the child. The parent is contacted and asked to come and collect the child from school ASAP. In case of a critical medical emergency, a doctor is also available.
• An attested copy of the child’s birth certificate
• Parents’ proof of residence
• Child’s passport size photograph (3 copies)
• Original progress card (if the child has studied elsewhere before)
Note: Admissions to Kindergarten (both Jr. and Sr. KG) may be subject to interview/interaction with the Principal / Co-ordinator at kloudkids
